THE GUT
Before
Jodi’s kitchen was in a little box, and didn’t feel like a part of the house, so the most meaningful transformation was tearing down the walls that kept this kitchen in a tiny box. By doing so, we created a completely open floorplan.

Let there be light!
Before
Another addition to this condo was a brand new 300 square foot laundry room. Before, the previous homeowner had to use a laundry mat to do laundry. Home Makeover converted a small powder room and a shallow pantry into the new laundry facility. Huge re-sell value.
After
A small bathroom instantly feels open and spacious with the addition of a white elements – cabinetry and bathroom tile.
This bedroom remodel is stunning.
This old bedroom looks like any default Arcadia bedroom.
By adding dark beams to the white ceiling and walls, it creates extreme contrast. Even more, it draws the eyes up.
This also increases the perceived size of the room without adding any square footage. Glamorous and feminine.
The added beams to this room are actually faux beams. Real beams can be costly and unsustainable. By piecing beams together on-site, we don’t bust the budget and also add glam to the space.
